Abstract
ENGLISH ABSTRACT: The case of an asymptomatic, calcified, arteriosclerotic, intact splenic artery aneurysm in a 60-year-old woman is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed by selective coeliac arteriography and the aneurysm was successfully resected with preservation of the spleen.
