Dept. of Educational Policy Studies.ENGLISH ABSTRACT: The heightened importance of employing sound staffing management practices stems from the social, economic and political demands of our time. It is clear that large scale involvement is necessary for the development and establishment of a contented workforce in agriculture. Agricultural schools could play a substantial part in this regard. The employment of healthy staffing management practices in agricultural schools would not only benefit agriculture as a whole, but would also provide the pupils with the guidance they need as future farmers.
